I have little experience with alternative energy but I strongly believe it's needed.

What excites you about this campaign?

First it will relieve us from dealing with OPEC nations a game we can not win. I do think that we as citizen of the United States can change the way our government thinks about energy. I have several great ideas that will help our economy, our industries etc.. and want to express them to Mr Pinkens.

What do you want to do to help?

I want to help anyway I can. I want to get T Boone out in my area to talk about his plan. I want to get the word out.

Log on and check out the forums, you will be overwhelmed with the input. Feel free to get involved!!! Give us you knowledge!!
Most of us have litttle alt energy smarts.
Look, under groups, bring up Guides and materials for new members You can get some ideas.
Using Mr. Pickens as the point man with our voice behind him we will be heard.
Log on and look up Marilyn Matthews she can help navigate the site. There is also a new petition you can download and copy, we need signatures.

Please bring 5 folks to join the site today, so that we can build a big enough voice that Congress will finally have to listen to us, instead of the lobbyists and special interest, who will certainly try to derail this historic effort.

THERE IS NO TIME TO DELAY
…to wait and see…or to see if someone else will step up to the plate. It is time for US to roll up our sleeves and go to work. Right now momentum is working in our favor, but if gas prices retreat, the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost.

PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONS
We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Write to your Congressman/woman. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan. Print downloadable flyers and put them in your car and/or business window.

A GROUP FOR EVERYONE
Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, scientists, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.

PLEASE FRIEND ME so we can keep in touch. I do updates on new member numbers and will be helping with a petition drive soon.

It is stupid to continue to send 700 BILLION DOLLARS A YEAR to countries who may or may not be our enemies. Right now, we don't need money, we need members. We need 1 million members by election to show our leaders we are serious., so please help us by getting others to join. Check out the groups (click on groups at the top of your page.) and join those you like. Read profiles and add friends. You may add me as a friend if you like. I have a group that I send messages to from time to time. if I think helpful. We are non-partisian, because both canidates espouse some of what we are fighting for.
