- I am excited about an actual plan! There are advantages and disadvantages to this plan; however, it's a short-term step forward.

I realize that GE has a Solar division which is all the more reason why the Wind and Solar divisions should be able to jointly develop wind turbines that incorporate solar panels to provide more constant electricity production.
