Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

It seems that in one way or another I have been persistent over the years in allocating a few attention units to scout out what's going on with alternative energies. And, as a result I have had a brush with alternative energy concepts and utilization on a few occasions. That being said, even with the personal experiences and knowing that alternative (renewable and green) energies are the way to go, I must confess that by and large I have been more of a dilettante when it comes to alternative energies than anything else. Now having said that, I do realize that the time has come where being a dilettante just doesn't cut it. So that's it on that! It's time to roll up the sleeves and walk down out of the bleechers and onto the playing field. It's time to do something about it.

What excites you about this campaign?

I'm not nearly as excitied about this campaign as I used to be. However, for a while there is was one hell of an exciting ride!!

What do you want to do to help?

I have come to the conclusion that the best and most effective way I can work to make a difference in, not only the energy situation, but in the declining world condition, is too invest my time and attention locally while continuing to think globally.

The featured list is it's own animal. I'm humbled to be on it, but continue to contribute with or without (as many do). I haven't been my usual blogging self lately due to long hours doing other things, but I have a number of things to discuss when I get a break. Perhaps this Sunday, while I wait to see my Pats play in London...
