I moved to South Jersey 10 years ago and have witnessed miles of recreational shore property turned into summer use condos. I feel where the wind powered units go up, towns folk won't have to loose the shore lines that have alway been a low cost local getaway for so many families.

Management is likely to weigh in with their plan or not. Perhaps TBP is just going to make the big swings with the media and his $ and expects the ground trips to develop their own plans--I doubt we will have a clear map when we start, but starting we must do and then adjust to the results.
