Profile Information

Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I have studied it as a result of my business and experienced the rising cost as a consumer. I have, obviously, become more interested because of my extended exposure through my Father and his interest in it.
What excites you about this campaign?
That someone has decided to take a leadership role in starting to resolve the problem. The possibility that we can join as a community to do something about it.
What do you want to do to help?
Get the word out and whatever else is needed.

T. BOONE ROUND-UP

Like Mike Kendall's Energy Bond concept it is a painless and common sense way for Americans to contribute to solving the complex problems of Energy Independence, National Security, Economic Growth and Environmental Protection.

As with Energy Bonds, this suggestion for providing incentives for K-12 education in conservation may be the best kind of investments we can make.

If you beleive the idea has merit please spread the word to you network.

Wow ! Nine bucks a gallon. Whoda Thunk ! We're working on our first hydrogen generator. Soon to have a hydro-shuttle bus with luck. We're in between Laughlin and Kingman 10 miles off the highway. The wind just stopped after blowing every night for the last two weeks. Every day I felt like "what a waste." The ranch is nestled in a little canyon that works as a wind corridor when the sun goes down. Nice combo wind and sun, and with hydro we'll be in energy for all. PS. Tina, the owner of Willow Springs, has four dogs, four cats, six horses, chickens and chuckers. She too is an animal lover and hopes to have an animal rescue here also.

Rick, looks very interesting! Where is Willow Springs Ranch? Near Tuscon? You have picked a challenging time to do a venture capital project but I am sure I am not telling you anything you don't already know. Who would have thought the state of affairs would get this bad? You are going to have a difficult time raising the capital you need for your project in this environment. My heart really goes out to you. One question I have.....is there enough wind, where you are located, to support the turbines?
Also, gas prices have to go up to at least to $9. There are actually advantages to these oil and gas prices going up and they will again. Dad lost some momentum with his alternative fuel campaign b/c they went down and the general public quit hurting so much. Hopefully the people and Leaders of the U.S. will see it as an opportunity to get ahead with the PLAN before everything goes back up....and it will. It is a matter of time.

hi Pam: I recently joined the army and am currently working on a huge project. I am in charge of PR and fund-raising for Willow Springs Ranch in AZ. The ranch is halfway built and solar powered now, and the owners dream is to make it into a hub of education on alternative energy. It's also going to be a really cool dude ranch/spa. I would love to have you see it in person. Check out some pictures of it on my page. Peace with Wind, Rick
