just some recent knowledge....Am meeting with the Shawnee County Commission Monday Jan 26th to discuss converting all county cars to compressed natural gas.

The City had Natural gas in their vehicles several years ago--I know because my husband was driving one and almost died because of a natural gas leak in his city vehicle. That may be why the city does not show much interest at this time.
