FYI: La. Rep. Jane Smith and Sen. Nick Gautreaux are sponsoring a CNG bill in the upcoming session. As of this date, a number has not been assigned to the bill. I've been in contact with both legislators offering support. To that end, I took the liberty of preparing the below talking points and background info for their and others' use.
