DALE KISER said… - Many of us would convert our cars to CNG but EPA has made the conversion too expensive. In the 80's the cost was 1500.00. Now the cost is increased by 10. We all need to get this cost down.

CLIFF JAGGER said… - Listen, this is the real problem! Everyone wants to talk, talk, talk, but no one is really willing to do anything but recycle their stuff and turn off the lights from time to time. Yes, their are those who do allot! But it has to be a full effort by America.
All we have to do to turn this country around so not to use anymore fossil fuel in our vehicles is not buy another new vehicle unless it is natural gas, elec or HF Cell, etc. Just buy a used one and let the gov and the big 3 know it and within a year it would happen.
I suggested this plan in a discussion and challenged Picken's, but not a word!! It is quite simple and easy, but still as usual, NOTHING!!!
I'm not going to buy another new vehicle until it happens...

Barker said… - Mr. Pickeins, I know how to charge the batteries of an natural gas and electric hybrid...no, it is not "plug-in" or "solar"...Natural gas cars would not have to plan or change their routes in order to find an natural gas fill-up...Just give me 5 moments of ur time for a phone call,,,Dr.Charles Barker (580) 726-3623 ,,This just might be the answer to our oil problem....what have u got to loose??? Beats tha heck out of turning water melons in to fuel !!!!
