We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to send our government a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.
For those of you that have already jumped in and have made contact with your local leader- thanks.
Please, I ask the first sites you visit to get accurate info and articles to see pretty much what the plan is about and where the plan stands, and please come back to these sites often as changes take place regularily. Some are long, please; take the time to get all the details.

There is a group for almost everything. The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.
After you have read the sites I mentioned, if you need anything else to help you, while you help the push, please stop by. I am proud to put my efforts towards this cause.

Hello I am so glad that you joined in! It is incredible what the price of oil can do to our economy. Hard to believe that fuel has dropped from a near 5 $ a gallon to less than a 1.50$ in a drastic time frame. Have you been learning about the new fuels that are becoming available? Have you ever heard of Syntroleum Corporation? They are making fuel for all types of engines using a combination of bi products. natural gas, animal fats, grease and plant material.
