I am one of the welcome wagon crew. Info given not intended to overwhelm you, just give you a direction and some contacts.
We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to bring to light; a clear heard message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. We cannot afford put this on the back burner again! This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.
*************Please, I ask the first sites you visit to get accurate info and articles to see pretty much what the plan is about and where the plan stands, and please come back to these sites often as changes take place regularly. Some are long, please; take the time to get all the details.

Everyone has the option on their profile page to do many things. Everywhere it says (Edit) click and you can customize.
Find (settings) upper right corner of your page. You can update your profile, change the manner you receive things. You can chose to preview the comments coming your way before it can be viewed by others on your page. You can accept or delete the comment.
Also; every time you write a comment you’ll see a little tiny (symbol) of sort in the upper right corner of that comment or post; click on it and delete your note. You can still do it months later.

We all need to do our part by beginning at home with our energy usage. We also need to keep hammering our elected officials to allow companies and the private sector to run with new tech and needed infrastructure changes; allowing grants & and; incentives to help us achieve the energy independence goal!!!
There is a group for almost everything. Type any word of a topic that you would like to see. Do not be afraid to go clickin crazy!!!!

The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.
After you have read the sites I mentioned, if you need anything else to help you, while you help the push, please stop by. I am proud to put my efforts towards this cause.

I included a copy of the basic text as received in the email but with this caveat: I merely indicated my support for the legislation but this should not be interpreted as a demand. Congressman Brady has represented this district with fidelity and has a great deal of credibility with almost everyone I have met that has knowledge of his efforts on the behalf of the district, state and nation. I therefore did not wish this email to be taken in the light of a demand as quite frankly this is just not within my nature. A certain amount of decorum should be observed when communicating with those parties and princapalities who occupy position of considerable merit. I am confident that Congressman Brady will exercise intelligent and well thought out judgment should he choose either to support or oppose the legislation. There is much on the table these days that will affect all of us in ways almost unimaginable to most. I think that every ounce of good will that can be garnered from both supporters and detractors during this era will in the long run be in the best interests of all of us. Congratulations to all, who have rendered such support as they chose, to Mr Pickens Plan as well as Mr. Pickens, the prime mover. He has proved once again to be a gentlemen of great presence as he justly deserves, even if he is rich. Hum, guess that had something to do with his many accomplisments anyway.
