Profile Information

Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Yes
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I'm very interested in Electric Vehicles. I'm currently working with ZAP to bring more electric cars to the South East.
What excites you about this campaign?
There are many exciting things about this campaign that I find exciting but the number one thing is being able to share a way to stop damaging the environment and promote cleaner energy sources. The second most exciting thing is helping put more money into America's economy.
What do you want to do to help?
I want to do everything I can. I think the biggest need is to get the word out and get everyone motivated to make a change. We need to get people to see the need to change then make it happen.

Hello Rob,

I am undertaking a recruiting project for global recruiting company specialized in the gas & oil industry. I would be interested in your resume in the event I can present a strong match in your skills to posting I have access to and hope to fill.

I'm looking mostly for engineers and scientist with 10-15 years experience, none the less, if I have your resume and see something of potential match-wise, I'll contact you.

Please send your resume to rosemarielacoursiere@me.com ~ I look forward to seeing how I may be able to support your ambitions.

All the best,
RoseMarie LaCoursiere

Hello Rob,
I saw your post in the Atlanta Group.
I am recently laid off from IBM and been in IT field for 28 years.

It's a very difficult job market right now.
I don't expect anything to happen until March.

You may want to check out dice.com and post your resume.
I have received more action from that one then any of the others.
But don't get me wrong, put you resume on all of them.

I have been following all of the Electric Vehicles as well.
Check out http://www.vectrix.com/
They make a very nice scooter that has some very impressive technology.
They are working on a "Fuel Cell" model that will charge itself when not in use.
Price tag is not cheep, but they are bleeding edge.
Zap looks ok, but was not to impressed when compared to others.
SmartCar is also working on a EV model too.

Good Luck on the job market...
In all my years, I have never seen it this bad.

Hey ROB!

Please be a part of a Pledge Push this week.

With a little bit of effort from all of us, we can make the numbers really grow!
PLEASE DONWLOAD A FEW PLEDGES and get them signed.

We all want to get off of foreign oil. We all want the leadership to hear us and do this. As has been clearly demonstrated this week, they will only act when forced to by circumstances and a cry from the public. WE NEED TO MAKE OUR CRY INTOLERABLE. The only way to get this done in our very small window of opportunity is to BUILD THIS ARMY.

PLEASE, tap into that passion you had the very first time you saw this plan. Rmember the WOW! moment you had, when you thought.... THIS COULD REALLY HAPPEN. and let's JUST DO IT! We are now a group of almost 1,400 friends. Mostly passionate folks, the real do-ers. If everyone got just 10 pledges this week signed, we could boost our numbers from just this group by 14,000 new supporters. THOSE ARE BIG NUMBERS! We only added 1,600 new members to the site in the last week. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THIS DONE.

DO WE HAVE JUST A LITTLE BIT OF EFFORT IN US?? This is not taking up arms, but it is OUR REVOLUTION. We must fight for this. The good news is it is very easy if you just try.

Keep them with you, and remember to talk about it. It is time to engage. Please let me know you are in!

Hello Rob,

Thank you for the good cheer and compliment, both are greatly appreciated. I am a single parent, have had sole custody of my daughter and without child support for some 6+ years, I appreciate your decision to do what's best for your children.

I'd like you to still look into the two job sites and simply keep to your area, my mind isn't photographic, I could have well overlooked GA opportunities, surely there must be 'some'..if not now, 'soon'.

There's a gent I want you to introduce yourself to, by all means tell him I recommended to do so! He's a fellow Pickens member, his profile is JD Polk

JD Polk
Male
Walthourville, Georgia, United

Look him up, and let him know of your experience and perhaps he can be of help, either as a mentor, potential employer, or recommend you to another company in your state. I've had excellent exchanges with him -- he has great ambitions and plans, all to take place out of your fine state.

Spells: o.p.p.o.r.t.u.n.i.t.y

All the best,
RoseMarie LaCoursiere
