Well here we are trying to do anything to reduce our dependence on foreign oil and our own government is stopping real efforts.
I have been working with a company called Dutchman enterprises. They make a kit that can be installed on any car right now that will save 50% or more on gas. They are the first successful company to market something that really works and the Federal Trade Commission tried to stop it. It is marketed threw a team of dealers and here is one of them…

This is a long documentary but the most interested I've ever watched.
If you haven't seen it then you will find support for much of what you know.
This one is a real solution for right now.
Hope to fire up my GEET in a month or two.
Yes, I found that Fast Company article fascinating. The only thing more fascinating was that after the article appeared I expected more of the traditional media to pick up on it and spread the word. To my amazement there was nothing until about 6 months later when one of the tv news programs picked up on it. What will it take to wake people up?
I wholeheartedly agree with you that it will be the small entrepeneur that will come up with something that can't be ignored. In fact I think that the small entrepeneur should work in a vacuum away from the distractions of the large companies who have agendas they don't want publicly known. You and other technically and scientifically oriented people need to create a secret society like the "skull and bones" society at Yale. Secret initiations, secret business deals or alliances, etc. A way to stay under the radar until a commercially viable product is developed and funded by venture capital. (I've got to stop watching tv!!!!)
But the idea isn't that far fetched. Consider the private initiatives being worked on for commercial space flight. Funded with private and public money and performance bonuses. It seems much more feasable to make progress in the auto industry since most of the technology already exists. On top of that this may be the best time ever to to avoid negative influence from the auto companies since they are going bankrupt and virtually under government control. This seems to be a great time to bring forward new ideas for review and the ability to force the auto's to consider them. I would also love to see if any of them have been sitting on any patents that were viable but didn't fit their business model.
I could go on forever but I agree we should meet in the near future. I would love to hear more of your thoughts and what you are working on to relieve your boredom. I will be busy for the next 4-6 weeks since work has been very hectic and 2 of my kids graduate from college this month. We should definitely keep in touch until then. In the meantime keep sending your idea's out there. At least one person is listening(and I am sure many more). Most of the people in my friends group are either energy people, scientists or engineers. As I mentioned earlier I am trying to gather a group of friends to learn from and keep current. Since I am not in one of those specialties at this time all I can offer is encouragement and perhaps a less scientific spin based on what I learn.(And of course try to keep the establishment on their toes as THE GREEN WARRIOR.) Check out their profiles and get in touch with anyone that sounds interesting to you. Who knows perhaps I am in the midst of creating a defacto think tank. Speak to you later---allen.
In the mean time I found a guy who has developed an exhaust/camshaft combo that makes the engine produce power like it is supercharged, but it is not.
Because it works so well it burns less fuel and makes less smog.
I looked for info on the guy, and what do you find?
People who never touched the system saying "it will never work" "the guy is a scam artist" etc.
I like these type of people because they make me feel like I'm more inteligent than them.
Once a PICC unit is availabe I'd like to get one. We will be fitting our own motors and fuel systems, so it's not like it is with late model car conversions.
I was patient with one of my important customers, but I started to suspect he wasn't going to pay me. Then he said something that set me off.
He said whoa, where this coming from? I quickly apologized. But if you just heard what I said you'd think I was a jerk.
I'm working with propane, natural gas's brother. But Pickens is anti propane. Why?
He has no money in it. Hypocrite.
I will need to certify and engine with CARB later this year. That should prove a lesson in bureaucrat BS.
Do you know much about the technical challenges of why GEET is not ready for production?
Too bad the tone of the comments went so badly, I think it scared most people off giving an opinion.
I thought Lee handle the situation very badly, made himself look like a crook.
He should have stood up with a friendly, helpful attitude and offered to set things right. I don't need a camara in my face to stand behind my work.
I'd like to see GEET work, but I think I'll look to those working on it in France. I consider Lee high risk at best.
From what I've seen people with working fuel saving technology are not placing themselves in the lime light, but rather quietly using it.
I forgot the keywords for the youtube video, but I'll look for it anyway.
I want to know asap when Dennis has the PICC ready for sale.
Maybe I can become a great custommer.
John.
Thank you for the update.
The more I read the more I realize that natural gas and propane are natural partners with HHO.
I've read more on the subject and found a site you may know http://www.free-energy-info.co.uk/ I know there are others.
In this site they talk about many fuel savings ideas and mention able people disappering and dying who challenge the status quo, disruptive technology tends to get your life disrupted.
They also discuss other energies and Niubiru, which I don't buy into, because of distances, speeds, and logic,
but I do agree the light of the future is a train coming and we are standing on the tracks.
Maybe I listen to too much Alex Jones.
If you open the box of non-conformability you risk becoming a crackpot, or at less thought of as one.
I've read a little bit about Dennis elsewhere because I am very interested in his PICC / GEET.
Lee was described as a scam artist of the impressive kind, however I noted that his continual focus was on fuel saving and reasoned that if he were a con man he would not limit himself and continue is a field that is so difficult, and so I gave him the benefit of the doubt as I know how tough it is to find technology than works in this field having tried to sell an earlier version of the magnetic vaporizer that only work fair.
The GEET makes sense to me and I'd love for Dennis to perfect it, I have a mass application for it that can set the magnetic rod fixed at magnetic north.
As for HHO I will get a system for testing sooner or later.
I found this guy on ebay, older guy, build 3 per week, claims he bought just about every version available and has made his own that makes more gas on less juice.

There are a ton on ebay and realize many will be junk.
I also found a guy with exhaust flow technology that makes massive torque, lowers fuel consumption and emissions and couldn't get GM Ford etc to look at it.
He also came up with a simple cheap replacement for catalytic converter.
I will buy his technology under license, just as soon as I can scare up enough money.
I have also started trying the groove in the chamber squish area idea http://somender-singh.com/
Currently I am preparing to dyno test a 350 Chevy motor that I reduced the intake port size with epoxy and am making a crazy looking ram tube intake manifold for.
My goal is low low speed torque.
Robert we should talk on the phone, call my cell sometime 760-508-4562

Thanks for writing. I was very interested in hearing about what you've been working on. I'm much older than you and conspiracy theories about the Big 3 auto's have been around forever. The only difference is that they appear more believable now. With the advent of the internet it's hard to keep things a secret these days. With the money that Auto has(had) and collusion with the oil companies, individuals such as yourself have much greater credibility. I don't remember all the details but I read a magazine article a couple of years ago about a very savvy auto engineer who created a business about converting low mileage cars into high mileage ones. His business is thriving because he is exploiting a niche converting cars of the rich and famous including Arnold Schwarzenegger who converted a couple of Hummers.
The problem with getting the word out up until now has been completely political. Obama strikes me as the real deal and as long as he can maintain a democratic majority in congress there is a chance of having a real energy policy. His goal is the end of 2009. That is why I don't want you to give up. It took me 2 months to get as frustrated as you appear to be.So, I had to rethink my participation on this site. I realized that the site does offer an excellent platform to accomplish something but it appeared that the voice at the grass roots level was not being heard at the top. I continued reading what other people were saying and tried to also gauge the response to my attempts to get certain ideas directly to Texas. I finally realized that there was a real disconnect somewhere in the middle. Boone and his advisors accomplish 2 things. They formulate policy and use his high profile and reputation to sell that policy. He intern uses us to create heat when the hierarchy wants to push an idea or petition. That in and of itself is not a bad thing. The bad thing is that a grass roots movement needs more ideas and projects to rise to the top with the support at our level. Speaking of hybrids it seems that we are part of one. A top down machine being fueled at the biofuel level. The realization was a bit disappointing.
But that doesn't mean that it can't also be used to our advantage. I am quickly coming around to the fact that we need to do more at our level. Not all of our national representatives get it yet, even Democrats. We need to get to our town and village supervisors, assemblymen, state senators etc. I think they are better oriented to acting on some good ideas and can actually point someone like yourself the the direction of grants or joint projects that can be worked on. So I am changing my focus to the local level. Additionally my approach to congress will be more aggressive and in your face. I haven't devised a plan yet but I'm working on it. In the meantime I've decide to become a district leader and attempt to unite the other district leaders and members on Long Island into a geographic force. Together we can reach 5 congresspeople and of course the 2 senators. But more importantly we have an opportunity to meet, exchange ideas and find political and financial support right here. Hang in there Robert. Your expertise and latent enthusiasm are needed now more than ever. If you need a boost to your morale email me and I will try to help. I don't have technical expertise such as yours. I'm a real estate appraiser, but I haven't given up yet. Keep the faith.
Keep in touch. If you have chance check out some of the things Jean Weiss is into with Steven Israel. I think she lives in your area. Gotta go now the wife is calling me to dinner. Later---allen---THE GREEN WARRIOR.

Honorable Speaker of the House Congresswoman Pelosi,
I am an Electronic Technician Chief in the US Navy with 27 years service stationed overseas. I’m outlying an idea to assist and work with current plans for achieving energy independence. I urge you, as speaker of the house and the driving force to form the select committee on energy independence and global warming, consider for discussion and introduction into the house US Treasury Savings Bonds for Energy Independance.
In WWII America sold war bonds supporting the war effort. When young, my mother told me her primary school raised enough money through bonds to build a tank to support troops. I am impressed with the patriotism and purpose of our greatest generation that accomplished so much.
Selling energy bonds for RE (Renewable Energy) development would lower foreign oil imports and assist with the complex problem of funding. Bonds sold as “Energy S” could support new solar trough plants, “Energy W” to support wind farms, Energy “H” to support hydroelectric plants, Energy “T” to support RE transportation such as electric bullet train routes powered by RE, Energy "C" COOPS for small communities only needing a small quantity of turbines, and Energy “I” for needed infrastructure high voltage power lines to the RE site. Bonds will have the project name and include an artist’s perspective of the project and an American flag. President Obama had great success with the internet during his campaign. In a similar manner, using the internet, energy bonds could have a website listing current projects and an “electronic checkout” could purchase a bond $25 or higher. Simpler methods of payment such as “PAYPAL” and credit cards would be available and after an electronic purchase is complete a color print out of the bond is available with a follow up of the bond in the mail. The website would limit quantity of projects for each category until funding is complete. After a project becomes funded, a new project will be available. A tab on the site will show history and status of previous projects. Purchasers may take great pride in “collecting” and displaying bonds of various RE projects and participating at different levels of financial support. Solar trough plants in the multi-hundred MW size capacity with molten salt energy storage in California, Arizona, and West Texas can provide a major portion of electric needs. North Dakota has potential to support 1/3 of our nations electric needs in it’s class 4 wind zone areas. There are plenty of suitable proposed wind turbine farms now around the nation to significantly increase our RE if funded. Mid sized hydro-electric has not been used in America to it’s full potential. Following the example of our neighbor, Canada, it would provide a significant increase in percentage of electric production. Developing all three we could provide the majority of our electric and heating needs through renewable energy in a "New New Deal" fashion allowing natural gas for transportation as T. Boone Pickens is working for. Bullet train routes have proven a viable alternative to commercial domestic air service and when powered by electricity provided by RE suppliers America would be in the forefront of world technology. Example, I heard of discussion for a commuter train from Denver to Colorado Springs. Such a route built as a renewable energy project with charter requirement legally requiring to only purchase electricity from available renewable energy sources would be a model example. There are many train routes, city bus systems, and government vehicles that can be converted to run from alternative energy sources and fuels. Jobs created would bolster the economy, lower trade deficit, and strengthen national security. I would take great pride in print outs of bonds with graphics of each project I supported and many other Americans would also. The energy bonds could have tax breaks. BLM lands may be a viable place to start for some projects.
I contacted the US treasury department and was told that the marketing department for savings bonds closed several years ago. I was told there would be problems because savings bonds are at the federal level while the projects will be at the state and local level. I disagree and believe that these can easily be figured out in the way of grants to the state and local level using money from the bonds for those specific projects. I was told to check out auctions on the www.treasurydirect.gov website and found them to not apply to citizens wanting to buy savings bonds to support a cause such as energy independance. I was told by the treasury department to look into CREB (Clean Renewable Energy Bonds). I found CREB to be large scale funding that a citizen would not be able to participate in as a US Treasury Energy Independance Bond would provide. If given the tools to participate directly, the power of the citizens of the United States to help achieve energy independance could not be denied. Americans mean well and the Energy Independance Savings bond program will give citizens the power at their level to make it happen. If marketed through a web page, commercials, and to federal employees the word would get out and participation would spread like wildfire.
Mr. Paul Gipe, a resident of Bakersfield CA, an author of several books about wind energy, and recipient of multiple awards as a pioneer in the industry since the 1970's has put a letter I wrote to Senator Dorgan on this subject as well as an older letter I wrote on wind COOP in JAN07. Do you have results from your HHO testing yet?
I will be going to the dyno next week (hopfully) to do some testing. I won't be allow to print my results, but I will state once and for all whether the dyno proves HHO works, or not.
I am looking at using a radiator with the HHO system.
I plan to start advertising complete CNG EFI systems and complete HHO systems for sale online in a few weeks.
