In1986, I came up with the idea of breaking the water molecule, and burning the hydrogen in cars. It takes a lot of voltage to do it, but I believed that lithium could be used as a catylist, to lower the needed voltage. I first wanted to convert my lawnmower, but could'nt determine the explosivity of the gas. My wife talked me out of trying. In the early 90's, a chinese-american gentleman converted his car engine to do it. I saw it on an early morning news special report. The government bought the patent for 10,000,000 dollars, and I never heard about it again. Proof of these1986 thoughts of mine are in my VA medical records. NASA has been using hydrogen engines for years because they expel nothing but water vapor and steam. It's my belief that the exhaust could be routed back through a condensing unit and be re-used as an almost completely closed system, losing nothing but heat energy.

What excites you about this campaign?

There are many, many people financially blessed in this country, that could build these various infrastructures in a much more limited time frame. A company could be set up, interest paid on these peoples generosity, and stocks could be set up for investments. I really think that Obama has the right ideas about re-buildind the economy from the bottom-up. That's how they did things in rural Kansas after the crash and depressionof the early 30's until the war put everyone back to work. A little known fact, possibly, is that during WWII, the average income tax per family was over 90%. I think we have a lot to be thankful for.

What do you want to do to help?

Whatever I can. I'm a retired veteran, and I generally have a few hours from 1:00 P.M.-4:30 P.M. I like learning more how to use my computer, this is the best cause that i have seen come down the pipes in my lifetime, and I enjoy talking to people and sending out e-mails. let me knoe how I can help!

She walked right up next to me hoping no one recognized her, but of course I did. I asked her about her thoughts on the pickens plan and she said "he had got a lot of great ideas", Then I asked her if she is behind it. She said she could get behind it. It was a very nice exchange for about five minutes. I don't think anyone else in that place recognized her.

Glad to have you here. Hope you can get others to join this historical effort. We must turn up the pressure. Is there anyone out there that still thinks it is a good idea to borrow 700 billion from China to pay the Middle East for our oil? every year? It is laughable....if it were not so damn stupid.

the creators of this site have given us the ability, with little effort, to send a letter to our Representatives in Washington and Governor, too. PLEASE GO TO "THE PLEDGE" (at the very top of this page on the blue header). On the top of the pledge page there are three rectangular buttons- two blue, and ONE RED BUTTON, that reads "CONTACT CONGRESS". Fill in the short, standard form. Done!

YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE PLEDGE, get them signed and faxed back to Boone. This is how we build our numbers fast! Be a leader, be a part of the "100 CLUB", by faxing in 100 signed pledges. Let me know when you are done and I will add you to the list.

We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.

Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, your area, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.
