Using Natural Resources

I have seen the use of solar panels in rest stops during my recent road trip. The Seattle PI is printing articles about using natural resources that is on US land. I had a thought when I was a teenager about burning garbage instead of burying it. The Native American Indians respect and take care of the Earth. Have you ever experienced the wind of the midwestern States?!
