- I own "The Cosmic Power Solutions LLC "in the State of Texas but a person named Dusty Brogdon /Dusty West ,with the domain name of "Cosmic Power Solutions" is using my company name to promote an Energy/ Tech company. I have made requests for the removal of my Comapny name off the internet but he refuses. There is no perminent address to be served for the violations. What concerns are the viloations to laws and echics governing internet fraud and misrepresentaion on the internet

- Warn people about Scam internet sites that look like Energy Companies. but are no more than a web front. They have their underage childrens names as executives, list information about stock plans etc and are nothing more than a net to scam would be inverstors. One with a " Cosmic" brand name is an example, it looks like they are affiliated with the Pickens Plan but have no tie to the Company other than a frreind on the site .. I own the LLC Cosmic Power Solutions in the State of Texas and this site is exploiting my company name.

Please don't read anything into a friend request, I generally don't send them but almost always accept them. The profile is quite different from what I remember.
We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to send our government a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement. Look up your local leader from map on home pg.

Well as they say (the large lady voiced the end). Neither candidate openly gave his support outright for our plan. Both knew about it and to a degree felt the intense support behind it. It goes back to another old saying, on the political platform be careful how far you put your foot in the door.
The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, Please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.

Go to THE PLEDGE Lend your voice to the call for American energy independence Fill in the short, standard form. Done!
Download the pledge/petition : get them signed, fax them in to the 888# at the bottom of the pledge, asap.

Contact and "Friend" the New Energy Army Regional Leader for your state; you can find them to the right, in the Featured Members section. Let him/her know that I sent you there and you are interested in becoming an organizer.
PICKENS U We are recruiting "Campus Coordinators" for colleges and universities to represent the Pickens Plan on campus. We are looking for someone who can create a college page on the Pickens Plan site and also on Facebook encouraging folks to sign up for the Pickens Plan.
If you are connected to a college or university in your state, can be a campus coordinator, or can help find a campus coordinator, please let me know so we can get the process rolling.
