- First about being an organizer... I don't want to organize something to simple share a voice "if you vent to much nothing gets done"
I am a DOER & a talker!
So, I want to DO something! I want to be a part of the conversion.. Not a part of talking about the conversion!
I will help develop, market and promote with a level of passion that creates a contagious "want" in others... even if it's just the "want to be involved" in others.
As my father, a patriot who should be acredited along with thousands of other SILENT Gov employed Patriots for winning the COLD WAR, was not able to share his work with his children, so he instilled the desire to understand science, the art of practical COMMON SENSE thinking..(LOL), and more. He showed us that what we are taught in University classes does not always promote the better science and better choice. It's those who that break though the rote and partisan instruction who drive change, develop new thought and solutions.
In my life I have personally wrote a college paper, in 1991, about alternative fuels, there availability back then, there benefits & impact on our great nations future. Also, having followed the climate change front, I have learned through NASA studies and other research that the climate change is a multi-part issue. Not all man made but certainly an issue that MAN needs to remove or improve through positive rather than negative impact. Solar Energy, Solar reflectiveness, Solar atmospheric shading, wind power generation, Hydro generation, Hydrogen generation & infrastructure, power grid over hall/upgrade and the move to develop energy storage systems is paramount. Attacking the crisis with these technologies with adaptive change in infrastructure would supply the jobs American's need to make the step into the future - (where we haven't been going for so long do to partisan gov't interference/lack of support and selfish stagnant industry).
NASA, DOD & many other Research Institutes have old technology that has already been released for public use. It's time to implement them!!! We can be the beaken again.
Besides the politically correct "Climate Change" issue.. Alternate fuels will drasticly impact our children's children by reducing toxic waste in our habitat which are a direct and indirect result of modified lubricants, coolants, processing chemicals and chemicals needed to refine current fossil fuels, etc. The impact is farther reaching than any common man could phathom. Heck I can't !!!
- What excites you about this campaign?
- Someone (Mr Pickens) is taking a non partisan approach to getting this necessary change on the road to reality. T.Boone Pickens is doing something any President, Congress or Senate could not do, period! Those offices are too full of waste, partisan selfishness, SHALLOW INTELLECT, etc. Only strong devoted individuals can make this happen with the right team to follow and assist. Go Mr. Pickens and your Army!!!
- What do you want to do to help?
- First off, I am vocal and probably one of the most extrovert personalities on this planet..LOL I am peruasive and relentless in a very unique way. Somehow.. be it my birth right or someother personality trait.. I have the ability gain peoples hears and trust (genuine trust).
You'd have to know me and see me in action to understand. I probably promote Hydrogen, the Honda Clarity ( I don't own a Honda), more than Honda does.
If you have an idea, product or need someone to be a convincing voice PLEASE GET WITH ME! I WOULD LOVE TO BE INVOVLED WITH THIS COMING CHANGE and I AM the right kind of EXTROVERT!
I find it amazing how few people actually know that the manufacturer of the car they drive, the body that encases their car is not unlike a few hundred being driven in S. Cal while not using a drop of gas, while not requiring a combustion engine, while not requiring anti-freeze, while not requiring engine oil or transmission fluid... producing pure water vapor.. (ya you all know this but amazingly they didn't until I got to them...)
How about APS, Arizona Public Service, one of our power generating corporations, had performed one of the most intensive, long lasting, in the field tests regarding Alternative Fuel Energy. Still to this day they offer CNG, HCNG (hydrogen mixed CNG), LNG, Hydrogen dispensing at a few Phx metro facilities available for public fueling.
Well, while performing the tests, doing follow-up engine diagnostics, material forensics, APS & Mobil reallized more benefits were prevelant than ever theorized... Ultra Low Emission performance, entended engine life with oil changes every 18,000+ miles (what?). Also, they did this with little to no alterations to the combustion engines/vehicles (yes they needed High Pressure tanks and alternate fuel delivery lines, but nothing as extensive as first thought). the Hydrogen didn't cause engine block failure or cracking yet promoted metalergic performance consistancy......
Did I forget? APS logged fuel economy and power... These gasoline engines.. yes V-8s delivered significantly more miles per GGE (gasoline gallon equivelant) on HCNG than the auto and oil industry wants you to know! Lets just say Trucks with V-8s getting GGE mileage approaching 30 MPG... WHOOPS... OH... Thats not a typo!
Currently I don't have the capacity to volunteer time as I am a struggling father of 4 and the sole income provider. Currently, against my personaI desire to fight this battle, I cannot commit to time. Maybe in a month or two after I loose my house to the market I will have alot more time to focus without feeling irresponsible... I am a survivor and hopefully this life experience will help instill the right charactoristics in my children.
The American Dream is not simply wealth... It's PROGRESS!

With little effort, we have the ability here for you to send a letter to our Representatives in Washington and Governor, too. Go to THE PLEDGE (at the very top of this page on the blue header) On the top of the pledge page there are three rectangular buttons- two blue ones and ONE RED BUTTON, that reads "CONTACT CONGRESS" . Fill in the short, standard form. Done!

…to wait and see…or to see if someone else will step up to the plate. It is time for US to roll up our sleeves and go to work. Right now momentum is working in our favor, but if gas prices retreat, the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost.

PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONSWe need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan.
