Pampa cancelled.

As a student in the Wind Energy Technician Degree plan @ TSTC Sweetwater I am more than disappointed to see this project scrubbed. I hope it is due to a bad plan of action and The State of Texas's lackluster attempt to upgrade the grid...

So I hope Boone has a better plan this time, a location close to transmission lines,higher wind speeds, implementation of new technologies such as 120m concrete towers, 6MW turbines,hybrid wind solar farm......
