Spent the weekend surfing the PickensPlan.com site trying to get a little more familiar with the navigation of the site.

Local schools
I called the 5 schools and left messages for 4 Superintendents. The 5th said he was interested and asked me to call him back after school starts! Excellent!

Licking County Schools - Johnstown, Heath, Granville, Licking Heights and Lakewood
I wrote five letters and mailed them to five school Superintendents in Licking County - Johnstown, Heath, Granville, Licking Heights and Lakewood schools. The goal is to set a meeting with them in order to discuss the PickensPlan.
I'd like their blessing to meet with the science and social study teachers in the hopes those teachers will included a discussion of the PickensPlan in their classrooms.
I'll keep you posted as to the results.

Thank you very much for your generous contribution to The Green Revolution Show. Your comments regarding the older, technology challenged sector of our society was well received. Your knowledge of marketing and social networking will help many in the army. Congressman Ryan, Veronica, Jim and you really did Ohio, and Pickens Plan proud today! Sean Kinney said… - Okay - not my most brilliant moment. In the middle of my 6 mile run tonight I realized it was Beggar's Night in Johnstown, OH. All the businesses in "downtown" were open passing out candy, families were out with their kids and people where milling about. It dawned on me what a great opportunity I was missing to recruit members for the PickensPlan movement on the Nat Gas Act of 2009.
Won't make that mistake again!
