Not much experience except a few years ago I was in Europe on company business and I saw many, many of these wind turbines in use in Germany. They work! There are some of these on hill tops in New Mexico alos. It is certainly something that the raw fuel is free, just capture it. There are great amounts of oil reserves in the red zones along coastlines and Alaska but, again, government will not let that source be tapped. It's OK to do it along Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi's coatlines but not elsewhere. We need something else.

What excites you about this campaign?

Finally, somebody has come up with a plan to get us out of this mess. After seeing how much money our own government is making off it's citizens from oil taxes it's easy to see why they aren't going to do anything.

What do you want to do to help?

For right now, I want to be listed as a strong supporter of your plan and finding new ways of energy generation to get us off this dependence on oil.

YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE PLEDGE on the main page. Print out 10 or more of them, get them signed and fax them back to Boone ASAP. This is how we build our numbers fast! Be a leader, be a part of the "100 CLUB", by faxing in 100 signed pledges. Let me know when you are done and I will add you to the list.

PICKENS U has been formed for college and university students to get involved. If you know of a student who would like to become an ambassador to helped coordinate the pledge drive please submit names to Pickens U site. This would be good for job resume.

Check out the many groups for Solar, CNG, your area, etc. Connect, learn and share. We grow stronger with your input. If you don't see a group that speaks to your interest, then start a group of your own.
