i'm Gary Richards. i'm pretty excited about Mr. Pickens plan. i think it is a workable plan that will make a difference in making us independent from imported oil. i'm hoping to get members of the Virginians for Energy Independence group of the Pickens Plan that are from the Tidewater area to form there own group. i think it would be helpful for a number of reasons to be more organized on a local level.

Your welcome. I also believe that something has to be done with alternative energy. I am also new in this movement for change. I want to encourage you to contine to do be involved and continue to support this important endeavor.

To influence change you can contact (call and/or write) the White House and Congress. You can contact the President and Congressmen and Congresswomen that represent you. It is important that they hear your voice on this issue. If they hear from millions of people, there will be change. We need to be agents of change.
