Thanks Sherrie Saunders, Prattville has lots of jobs available, esp. in the not yet open shopping center named High Point Town Center across from Wachovia Bank entrance to the new shopping center across the four lane which has Circuit City, Target, Home Depot, Books-A-Million, Pet Shop, just to name a few it's Grand Opening was last year. Another Walmart opened in Millbrook in Elmore County across the Interstate on highway 14 and its taxes are cheaper than Prattville and Montgomery Walmart's. Plus a new Sporting Center named Bass Pro Shop which is in between the new shopping centers behind McDonald's. Prattville is still trying to rebuild after the tornado, lots of newly built homes some of which had to be sold lot stock and tomahawk due to the resident not having insurance and the home was demolished leaving a empty lot to be built in some of those are for sale now across from the once Baptist Church on Shelia Bvld which moved and sold out to Church of Living Water's which has three more churches also leasing their property having church there, that was one of the emergency centers that everyone went to get food and help following the tornado, the church had little damage as also the new elementary school but the path of the tornado cut between them both and destroyed about 50 homes. It was like really bad here for a month without being able to go places, power companies came from other counties to help restore power, lucky us the water and sewer had a backup generator which ran 24 hours a day. So we cooked on the barbecue grill as much as we could. Once power companies got power on cable service was restored. It might interest you that Wachovia Bank has a new membership proposal, if you deposit over $100 and open a checking account they will give you and me for you telling them my name that I recommended you to join the bank that they give us each $25.00 so if that sounds good it is also free checking but for opening a saving account you must deposit $300 and those deposit amounts must always be in the account, a box of checks only costs $5.00 so if you have not got a VISA can one is provided you and you got overdraft protection if you want it so sign up for that when the VISA kit comes, plus three checks which you can transfer a account of a credit card balance to the VISA card account and you have no interest on it for a year and you can do that with 3 balances or buy what you want by writing the check and purchasing. Still got free interest for a year. You know where the Wachovia Bank is now so don't forget tell them my name.

I know you have your own blog, but consider joining or just visiting some of your Gulf Coast neighbors. We all need to support each other if we are to succeed.

warm regards

Interesting that you have the energy spirit working its way into Alabama. I have told our Senators and even Congressmen that we need to think about our law changes immediately regarding energy. Some of us Alabamians are under the controlled influence of Energen Corp as Natural Gas customers of Alabama Gas while other companies exist either produce the Natural Gas themselves or market it into business and resident streams as a sub-contractor whom has endorsed a lease. This is a disadvantage more than consumer's realize as it more than prevents Alabama Gas from acting for them and then customer's are faced with other alternatives to get what they desire. One product is the Hydrogen Refill Station which consumer's can purchase from the maker of the auto they purchase while this seems to be the ideal situation now Energen Corp. can begin to endorse another avenue for these consumer's so instead they can have added to the billing of their Natural Gas a Hydrogen Refill Station and therefore their customer does not have to purchase one. Sounds good doesn't it by leasing it, well this can be a problem. Suppose your employer is to give you the employee free fuel expenses so now you have to provide him with a receipt for the hydrogen instead of gasoline receipts from service stations and now that a Natural Gas Company is billing your Natural Gas use at your home there is no way to know exactly how much is being used for the Hydrogen Vehicle or if your wife also has one how much she is consuming throughout the month and now there is a problem obtaining the receipt to give your employer and that Natural gas Company thought they were trying to help the homeowners by giving them the option of not having to purchase a Hydrogen Refill Station. with their rental lease ideology. This now endorses a new idea for a new Hydrogen Refill Station but do you think that Energen Corp. is going to realize this potential in time before new manufacturers popup with their designs while some can endorse Home Security issues to deter violent home breakins and theft of the Natural Gas to use in a stolen Natural Gas Vehicle that travels the USA entirely free of charge from one home to the next tapping off the Hydrogen Refill Stations available at homes that they obtain from a database of satisfied customers. Laws are devices that form surrounding manufactured goods and consumer's as those whom must comply to the rules established which pertain to those Laws of the goods, if there is no recognition that Home Security is a vital asset that needs mandates regarding Natural Gas and Hydrogen then the problem we face is a chaotic state of existence in America which produces such events like we saw in New York at The World Trade Center.

There are more abundant sources of Natural Gas and Hydrogen than Wind Speeds denote in any state, Alabama being a near the bottom of the chart for most of the year being averaged from 5MPH-20MPH. To soften this you would incorporate the use of Wind Turbines to create the electricity to convert Natural Gas to Hydrogen then fuel a Fuel Cell and then create Steam to run a Turbine Generator from the heat of that Fuel Cell (about 700 degrees) then use the electricity to charge batteries for use of the electricity during needed hours and specific times of the day for cooling or heating another asset of the Steam potential. While a Fuel Cell will also create water you would need a Cryogenic Control Chamber to support changing the Steam output to water and then restore the water or supply the water from a tank into the city water supply as purified water. Internal Thickened Glass piping is another product which would endorse this change of temperature and delivery. For a center the size of a football field to function as a power supply service for emergency vehicles it needs to be protected from tornadoes, hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, and volcanic eruptions. Emergency Vehicles capable of using Natural Gas can then in a stationary mode not mobile could be the main supply of electricity for work crews and City Services when needed for restoration and this is true for many major cities. Smaller versions will work in automobiles, trucks, and railroad train engines.

There are markets which have not been explored and markets that would help other markets, Wind Turbines is a market that helps other markets but should not be disguised as the only source for consumer's to develop for their concerns. The longer the blades the better the production at slower speeds and this supports larger Wind Turbine use and that is more overhead cutting into savings unless of course there is some future problem that causes pricing to increase in other energy fields that makes it cheaper to consider a more expensive Wind Turbine. Use of land needs to be a efficient use in not creating much clutter but at the same moment creating more energy. Windspire uses less land mass as compared to other Wind Turbines. Check out Wind-Works and Alternative Energy Institute.

Exploring the objective of the government which endorses new products for consumer's to purchase all in the same moment adding to their estate tax burdens. If consumer's were given a opportunity to convert the vehicle they already own it would be better than purchasing a new vehicle and they actually could if they supported the Grant Process and a Mandated Yearly Warranty Objective that cost $500 per year. Count the funds, 2.5 million individuals paying into a Warranty that supports their vehicles success year after year for twenty to 40 years. What kind of cash flow that then would be needed is simply donations to manage the foundation that exists in all states for consumer's and testing of their vehicles year after year. My foundation Project needs supporters that want this for consumer's, are you one of those people in Alabama I can look forward to working with that can help the foundation? It is for the purpose to decrease taxes by contributors by endorsing the obligation that consumer's deserve better energy designs affecting them directly, everything government has endorsed thus far is indirectly producing a few savings for consumer's but nothing on the scope of being free. I feel conversion should be a free service and we can do this for American Consumer's. I am The Jonalist for The Electric Vehicle Free Conversion Foundation (EVFCF) which is my project. Your welcome anytime, I want your help too.

Hi Sherrie,
Thank you for contacting me and your interest in the Windspire. To answer your question, yes, the Windspire will work just fine in any region where there is even a slight wind. It would have to be 8 to 10 mph, or more, to do its job, but we are have information that will tell us if an area is just not suitable.

We do have people interested in Arkansas, LA., MS. and I am sure Alabama will fit right in there too. Give us a little more time to really be fully into the market and you will see the Windspire all over the country.

Keep in mind the Congress HAS to get on the ball and renew the 30% Federal Tax credit on solar and wind installations. Most states now are offering a 20% tax credit. Some counties and/or cities are offering another 10%, so that means the end price of your alternative energy purchase is cut by 50% or more. And, you can depreciate the Windspire 100% over the first five years. Not a bad deal and you are reducing your electric bill at the same times.

Please contact me anytime with any question.

Thanks, Sherrie, it is a pleasure to meet you here on Pickens.

Aloha, Bill

Sounds good, I saw your posts on the main board and thought it was a good start to creating an Alabama team. Hopefully we can get the Pickensplan folks to send us some signs. I will be happy to put them to use in the Tuscaloosa area. Perhaps if I can solicit some more local members we can organize. My hope is that we can petition local municipalities to study changing fleet vehicles to natural gas fuels. If successful, perhaps it will catch on. Keep me posted on your efforts and ideas.
