- What excites you about this campaign?
- I simply just believe in it...every element of it and the urgent need for us amercians to act upon it so our children bear less of of a burden than currently projected, and can plan for enviornmentaly friendly options, with less toxic waste, and cost effective fully integrated technology solutions connecting rural America to metropolitan Tier 1 cities across the nation, all under one universal plan to be less dependant on foreign oil. However any constructive energy plans moving forward should include effective plans to increase construction & capacity of existing US oil drilling platforms to increase reserves and supply, to offset time requied to light up the entire country with new generation of alternate energies,.....I sincerely believe in this..its that simple for me. - Be part of leading discussions on America's next era of building techniques & practices providing alternate energies to americans nationwide and promote future development of utility infrastructure required on a broader transparent scale, specific to a community. Various options of alternate energy can be applied to different locations and communities. What can be cost effective in one region doesnt necessarily mean it is the best resource of energy in another. All alternate energy solutions must be available for local communities to choose & relevant townships must work to offer such options all under an umbrella regulated & promoted by state & federal govt by offering incentives and tax credits.

Thanks for joining Pickens and District Group NJ-11. The next best thing is to encourage family, friends and colleagues to do the same. The unified and rapidly accumulating numbers (ALMOST 1.5 million so far) in this Army of committed citizens will provide a powerful voice to overcome Washington's inertia in adopting serious alternative energy initiatives; also, we believe Industry will be compelled to follow what the marketplace demands. Along with conservation as our first line of defense, encouraging meaningful legislation for new clean energy policies will be a giant step toward our energy independence, national security and protection of the environment.
Stay focused...be prepared for the long fight...in the Pickens Army no uniforms, bullets or bombs are required. Your voice combined with millions of others is a potent weapon in defeating an enemy which has claimed victory over us long enough.
