collaboration
Collaboration plan
1. scope: To fulfill the small wind farm and municipal utilities market.
Those with the desire to erect limited sized fields could remove
or minimize the communities draw from the main power grid.
Thus reducing the need for more coal fired units.
2. need: The large wind turbine, tower and blade manufacturers are not interested
in selling the equipment to the small companies and community utilities.
This leaves a tremendous niche unfilled.
3. action: The proper response by responsible investors, inventors and
fabrication facilities, is to form a collaboration to fill this niche.
The following list of categories must all unite in a single effort.
This is where real jobs will be created in America.
a. Management, Sales and Lobbyists
b. Investors and Accounting firms
c. Scientists, Engineers, Technicians, Welders, Machinists and Inventors
d. Tower fabrication facilities (existing fabricators or can be built)
e. Transmission tower facilities (existing fabricators or can be built)
f. Turbine fabrication facilities (existing fabricators or can be built)
g. Fiberglass molding facilities (existing fabricators or can be built)
h. Electrical contractors
i. Construction contractors
4. Fabrication facilities:
a. The tremendous boost of jobs in the above listed fields would benefit
all of America and aid in our energy independence. Skilled people all
over this country are needing jobs that create a future for all.
b. Building and tooling of new construction could be delayed by outsourcing
components within the United States. Many companies have the
capability of producing sub-components involved.
5. Scientists, etc.:
a. Within the community we call the United States, we have the skilled,
educated and dedicated professionals that have been discarded by
corporate America outsourcing the jobs overseas.
b. Engineers and Scientists need to pool their skills to design these units.
6. Management:
a. This plan is feasible, only, if the niche is opened by those with the
skills to persuade communities to supplement their grid footprint.
b. The hold that utility companies have on the power grid, will need to be
legislated to allow the communities to act on the desire to reduce their
foot print. Local, regional, state and federal regulation needs to be
instituted to release the grip of the utility companies. The existing grid,
could handle the reduced draw and supply that power to other markets.
c. Management skills will be needed to run the operations and organization.
7. Construction and Electrical:
a. These skilled contractors will be required to put into place,
the infrastructure of fabrication facilities and transmission infrastructure.
8. This collaboration is an absolute necessity for this country to win the war on
foreign energy dependence. Please join with me to make this a reality.

DD and a couple of others discouraged me from participating on some blogs. I was impressed with your responses to DD. I didn’t have the courage to reply and deleted some of my comments and almost deleted my complete page. I’m and old guy that’s been fighting this war for decades and I do see light at the end of the tunnel. At least I’ve lived long enough to see my dream come to fruition.
I was really happy to see Monte Smith make a comment on your page. I miss his participation, insight and observations. I enjoy your wisdom and years of participation in this war for energy independence. I don’t think Monte Smith realizes how many people he has inspired.

Who is this guy, Anthony John Cafferio II? He also left a threatening comment on my page. Once I noticed it I went to his page and asked for clarification. As of yet there has been none offerred. The red flags have gone up all around this individual.
BTW, I'm not actually back and active yet but I do check in from time to time. Navigating the current heavy rapids I've hit in this river of life has been consuming most every iota of my attention. However, if the rapids don't kill you they darn sure can invigorate you and stimulate introspection and re-evalueation of one's values, lifestyle, purposes and goals. In other words, sometimes what appears to be a downward spiral is actually an upward spiral. It's something like swimming up a water fall. In any case, things are looking up. I'll be giving all my old and new friends an update before long.
Very glad to see that you are still at it Monty!
May we always desire to play a better game and create a better tomorrow (for everyone!).
Your Friend,
Monte
I wish you the very best and I hope that your health improves.

Dawn

sorry to hear your fortune has taken a down turn....I'm thinkin'..how can he be on the outs ?..he's the tower rolling and coatings guru, the master mind of wind torque management and associated elemental degradation abatement...
so ,for me..
Think of all you've done and the continuing impact of those achievements, and take some time to appreciate the finer points in life..gaze into the silver lining and know ya got friends.

Look at what happened after SOMEBODY added "fiberglass strands" to "packing tape"--- You have-tah cut it !!!
For those who do not have WIND...You (we) might consider spining prop in streams-- also tp drive electric generator, or pump water out and up-- make pond and "drain that" back as hydro-power --- This being WIND POWER downstream of storm clouds to rain and finally gravity flow draining back to the SEA..
Also learned that we should copy NATURE, to make sure, we do not VIOLATE some of the NATURAL laws and basic laws of CREATION. Like "GIGO" GOING IN = GOING OUT meaning NOTHING is FREE or builds up more than the INPUT-- and MESSING with the INPUT-- you get LOSSES.. Auto engine 25% efficient, Diesel 45% converting carbon/oxygen "marriage" O=C=O Carbon Dioxide (carbon atom plus "two new wives" this gives off HEAT-- HEAT LOSS out the tail-pipe--- same happens with us folks easting oatmeal or cookies, Bar-B-Que. THEY scream at STOPPING CARBON ---- WHOOPS - what will we eat --- and burn like Yellow flame of wax candle. There are NEW ANSWERS for CO2 capture; not by me, but others with massive chemical background and new ideas-- Calif firm (their Pat Pending) makes into chalk, calcium- carbonate (“green carbonate”) = egg shell, dry wall, white filler in paper, etc.. 25,000 uses. That inventor found business manager—and they got $50 million investment to make Corp. go !!!
I keep trying to make lots of fantastic machines, and process systems. Several FREE ENERGY things--- (they don't WORK—CAN’ WORK) – but you can't fool natural-basic-laws . We can re-select things-- like adding fiberglass-- Most companies use all-plastic, all-steel, all wood.++ using wooden pegs --no nails.
Yes, we can "invest"-- as in help PATENT this NEW STUFF to PROTECT our INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY... five years to get the final patent--they have back-log-- Like most public run systems-- also lack TECHNICAL people-- Thus, right now VENTURE CAPITAL is on sidelines—They insist on 4000% INTEREST – (UPTAKE} as they choose 39 LOSERS for every ONE success.. They are absent now for four years !! YES, WE CAN !!.-- Most Banks ALSO on sidelines !!!
Yes, it does --- Take A TEAM to WIN WIN WIN …. Email = designky@vci.net

REMARKS OF PRESIDENT BARACK OBAMA
WEEKLY ADDRESS
The White House
Saturday, February 7, 2009
Yesterday began with some devastating news with regard to our economic crisis. But I'm pleased to say it ended on a more positive note.
In the morning, we received yet another round of alarming employment figures – the worst in more than 30 years. Another 600,000 jobs were lost in January. We've now lost more than 3.6 million jobs since this recession began.
But by the evening, Democrats and Republicans came together in the Senate and responded appropriately to the urgency this moment demands.
In the midst of our greatest economic crisis since the Great Depression, the American people were hoping that Congress would begin to confront the great challenges we face. That was, after all, what last November's election was all about.
Legislation of such magnitude deserves the scrutiny that it's received over the last month, and it will receive more in the days to come. But we can't afford to make perfect the enemy of the absolutely necessary. The scale and scope of this plan is right. And the time for action is now.
Because if we don't move swiftly to put this plan in motion, our economic crisis could become a national catastrophe. Millions of Americans will lose their jobs, their homes, and their health care. Millions more will have to put their dreams on hold.
Let's be clear: We can't expect relief from the tired old theories that, in eight short years, doubled the national debt, threw our economy into a tailspin, and led us into this mess in the first place. We can't rely on a losing formula that offers only tax cuts as the answer to all our problems while ignoring our fundamental economic challenges – the crushing cost of health care or the inadequate state of so many schools; our addiction to foreign oil or our crumbling roads, bridges, and levees.
The American people know that our challenges are great. They don't expect Democratic solutions or Republican solutions – they expect American solutions.
From the beginning, this recovery plan has had at its core a simple idea: Let's put Americans to work doing the work America needs done. It will save or create more than 3 million jobs over the next two years, all across the country – 16,000 in Maine, nearly 80,000 in Indiana – almost all of them in the private sector, and all of them jobs that help us recover today, and prosper tomorrow.
Jobs that upgrade classrooms and laboratories in 10,000 schools nationwide – at least 485 in Florida alone – and train an army of teachers in math and science.
Jobs that modernize our health care system, not only saving us billions of dollars, but countless lives.
Jobs that construct a smart electric grid, connect every corner of the country to the information superhighway, double our capacity to generate renewable energy, and grow the economy of tomorrow.
Jobs that rebuild our crumbling roads, bridges and levees and dams, so that the tragedies of New Orleans and Minneapolis never happen again.
It includes immediate tax relief for our struggling middle class in places like Ohio, where 4.5 million workers will receive a tax cut of up to $1,000. It protects health insurance and provides unemployment insurance for those who've lost their jobs. And it helps our states and communities avoid painful tax hikes or layoffs for our teachers, nurses, and first responders.
That's what is at stake with this plan: putting Americans back to work, creating transformative economic change, and making a down payment on the American Dream that serves our children and our children's children for generations to come.
Americans across this country are struggling, and they are watching to see if we're equal to the task before us. Let's show them that we are. And let's do whatever it takes to keep the promise of America alive in our time.
Thank you.
