- Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
- I have a little experience with alternative energy, mainly from my work experiences around special projects. My work positions have allowed me information access to synthethic diesel, natural gas, and jet fuel made from American coal. This same access allows me to know a little about using natural gas, wind power, solar, and nuclear as a primary power source.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- I def. believe that we as a country need to be more reliant upon ourselves as a rule and not only pertaining to our fuel sources. However, I'll take the fuel source as the most important issue facing us today and work with that. It's nice to see some independently funded leadership in this area from Boone after decades of nothing from our weak political leaders.
- What do you want to do to help?
- I would like to see the primary ideas floating out there right now from this group and then see where I can offer some support. Unfortunately the amount of time I spend at work, military reserve duty, and then with my family really wipes out a lot of my available time. However, I will see what I can do if at the very least lend my name and vote of support to this cause. Good job to you all for being the alternative energy vanguard for OH-7.

Summit was amazing. PLEASE help us by building our effort. This is how we make sure there is no pocket deep enough for any politician to hide in when it comes to Harry Reid trying to get 60 votes for transmission!

Keep in mind that it is a very simple plan....
1. CNG for transportation. It is the only way to ge right now with trucks and municipal vehicles. There is no battery we currently know of to move an 18 wheeler. This is merely a bridge, but it is our bridge. We have plenty of CNG in this country.
2. Renewables - solar, wind, hydro, etc. for electricity. The jobs in this industry could be the horse that pulls us out of the trough we are in!
It is a WIN WIN WIN in so many ways. We get off of foreign oil, we stop the huge flow off money out of the country, we support our economy, we provide American jobs, we help our national securtiy, economy and environment all at once!
HOPE you will hep in just a small way.... we need your help.
Thank you for joining us in this golden and historic opportunity to change the course of our country. Never have I felt so strongly that we can really band together and get this done. Boone has given us a huge chance to finally be free from foreign fuel!
Please help us build our numbers and change the paradigm of thinking on energy in this country once and for all - one person at a time. I am yet to meet one person who does not understand this... we just need to gather their names. WILL YOU HELP?

The Community feels this is the best way to get the attention of state and federal lawmakers. Kim Anderson has other types of sign-up sheets. This is a great way to let lawmakers know of your interest in the reduction of foreign oil.
