The BIOS Philosophy
The BIOS Philosophy as defined by Wikipedia, is the study and application of green, healthy, holistic, organic, sustainable, energy efficient living, and is closely related to the philosophies of ethics, logic and aesthetics. The Bios Philosophy: “You can do well by doing good”, is unique in that it teaches people that they can be successful and prosperous while doing the right thing. You can help people, save the environment and boost the economy, all at the same time. You can also inspire others to do the same! As the needs of others become as important as the needs of the individual, the world gains the ability to change like never before. The BIOS concept was first articulated by Stephen Schappert in 2004 relevant to healthy home building and has evolved to its current definition.
