Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:

I have been thinking of how to develop solar power in Phoenix AZ for commercial purposes and also how to develop new methods for how to minimize exposure to the sun and heat here. This would be a great place to organize a new movement to cut energy demand, this as was said in LAWRENCE OF ARABIA is the sun's anvil. If it can work here, it can work anywhere.

What excites you about this campaign?

It is lcean, it will help restore our nation's economy, and it is SAFE!! What is shocking is it CAN BE DONE. IN THIS LIFETIME!! As a US citizen I am tired of all the foot dragging in DC, it is time for somebody with Mr. Pickens; credential to step up and show the nation we are not without workable solutions. It requires a person such as Mr. Pickens who can be taken seriously and who can show the nation there are real and safe solutions to our problems. Americans are tired of the politicians saying "change" and "my presidency" without presenting a comprehensive plan by somebody who has the background to know what they are talking about.

What do you want to do to help?

I can volunteer to help as I am a part time free lance journalist and was pllitically active in the Democratic Party until I got tired of the Billary show. The truth is, the Republican Party has at its earliest beginnings a precedent for preserving the natural world. It came in with the Grant administration.

There are no sure things in this world when it comes to mother nature. I live downwind from the nation's largest nuclear power plant. a half state away from some of the largest fault lines in the north american continent. Whoopee!! Do not waste my time or yours trying to convince me that this nation "has" to have nuclear power as part of its future. As I said, I remember John F. Kennedy and his unbounded belief that this nation can develop technology to achieve our goals. We have just been bushwached by the oil companies too long. No more Exxon Valdezs for me!! One was one too many. No more heartbreaking K 19 WIDOWMAKER. It is not just our nation's problem, the world has got to get serious and work together on solutions or we will all be dead. In my opinion there is no room for compromise, new clean power, no more nuclear power.

GO T. BOONE PICKENS!! SHOW 'EM YOU ARE NOT OWNED LIKE THE PEOPLE IN CONGRESS!!

At last somebody has spoken up about something that can be done and can buy more time as we get to the future energy sources that will be safe. Mr. Pickens is a true patriot.
