Have researched both wind and Solar actively the last few years and am an advocate of both. Have my own wind ideas.. but no capital to make it happen.. I like the Pickens plan and feel and IPO to execure it would be great..because guys like me have money.. just not enough.. a North South Transmission line just for the purpose of making the Pickens plan work,, would be awesome.. Solar could be added down the road and existing EAST WEST Transmission lines could intersect and carry the power each way across the country.. Lets make it happen... Our own Company of little guys to solve the crisis..Tom

Promana ticker PSLU did a reverse stock split and its assets were taken over via a merger by Crownbutte Wind Power on July 31st 2008, Crownbutte board replaced Promana board July 31st 2008
Crownbutte completed a private placement Aug 1st 2008 to build, own
and operate an approved 200 megawatt wind project with 134 turbines in
southwestern North Dakota estimated cost to build $30,000,000.
Project value upon completion and before tax credits is $50,000,000.
CBWP has been consulting for and building wind power farms in North
Dakota since 1999.
