- Really I have to be honest, I have no experience YET. But, I have 2 beautiful young sons, to whom I feel an obligation to get educated and make changes, so that they may have a more promising future. The time is now and I am ready.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- The ability to provide for our own and become less dependant. I believe this may bring us back to better times for this Country, one that I am proud of and hopeful for. I am very patriotic, born in Cleveland, Ohio, grandfather and uncles have served in branches of our military, I want the USA to remain strong in this growing global market place.

Go to the MY ENERGY page. Register and make your voice count.
Go to GROUPS and join us for a March on Washington.
Go to THE PLEDGE Lend your voice to the call for American energy independence Fill in the short, standard form. Done!
YOU CAN DOWNLOAD THE PLEDGE on the Main page. Print out 10 or more of them, get them signed and fax them back to Boone ASAP. This is how we build our numbers fast! Be a leader, be a part of the "100 CLUB", by faxing in 100 signed pledges. Let me know when you are done and I will see that you are added to the list.
YOU CAN ALSO HELP BY BRINGING 5 FOLKS TO JOIN the site today, so that we can build a voice big enough that Congress will finally have to listen to us, instead of the lobbyists and special interests, who are trying to derail this historic effort.

On the upper right corner of Your Page, click on "States" to visit the Push Pickens Community for your state.
Contact and "Friend" the New Energy Army Regional Leader for your state; you can find them to the right, in the Featured Members section. Let him/her know that I sent you there and you are interested in becoming an organizer.
PICKENS U We are recruiting "Campus Coordinators" for colleges and universities to represent the Pickens Plan on campus. We are looking for someone who can create a college page on the Pickens Plan site and also on Facebook encouraging folks to sign up for the Pickens Plan.
If you are connected to a college or university in your state, can be a campus coordinator, or can help find a campus coordinator, please let me know so we can get the process rolling.
PERSONAL ACTION OPTIONS We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not
1) increase our membership
2) influence public policy.
3) If you know someone who is in the press, or someone who blogs, get them to cover this and ask those in the public eye to support this plan.

Follow up on them. You would be surprised how people just get busy. Watch the member board, Thank them for joining, encourage them to share it around. The key is that they need to join to be part of the army!

PLEASE email the Pickens Plan video to everyone you know. www.pickensplan.com. Ask them to join. Ask them to pass it along. Time is of the essence. If every member had 10 friends join today, we could put the number of members over 1 million very quickly!
If we can not get critical numbers how can we take advantage of this golden opportunity? High gas prices have "woken up" America to our plight and a paradigm shift like not other is in the wind. We need to do this now.
So many new members write "I want to help, what can I do?" This is a start. We may not get to the next step if we can not get this one done.
Our leaders can not ignore millions of members of the Pickens Plan. We are not there yet. One person can make a difference.
