- I grew up in Oklahoma! I have family members who work in the oil and gas industry. My family owns several acres of farm land in NW Oklahoma where the wind is strong and incessant. That land is ideal for harnessing clean wind energy. We--the US--must become self reliant and use our natural national resources to empower our country.
- What excites you about this campaign?
- Someone must do something ASAP! I was raised cheering for Oklahoma State University. Mr. Pickens' generosity to OSU has been awesome. If anyone can accomplish this enormous undertaking, he can.
- What do you want to do to help?
- What are the options? I'm a very resourceful person who is seeking employment!

BTW, oklahoma: I just posted an article about Home Wind Systems in oklahoma. Your state's representatives, governor, and public utility commission officials are not in your corner with this "soft policy" on Net Metering. Instead they have the tables turned against green power for businesses and homeowners. You should read that article, important.
Hi, Have a look at these windmaps and see can you pinpoint what number your area is in. 2 is OK and anything over 2 is very good. Let's double check your wind resources are good.
