Are you interested in becoming an organizer in your area?
Maybe--But Not Sure What to Organize
Tell us about your experience with alternative energy:
I'm interested in biodiesel and other alternative fuels and have been researching to purchase a new car.
What excites you about this campaign?
Want the USA to stop supporting terrorists and oil monopolies and become energy independent. I want congress to stop supporting the oil lobby and start making incentives for alternative fuels such as reducing or eliminating tax for making ones own fuel, tax incentives for alternative fuel vehicles, and to support wind power.
What do you want to do to help?
I would like to help however I can. I will spread the word about this plan.

Aside from buying a new car, there are things you can do to help. I've been doing some reading, and want to spread the word.
You dont have to put up wind farms, solar panels, or install a tankless water heater to make a dent... (although all of those things are fantastic if you have the means)
I have a few ideas... every day we are faced with dozens if not hundreds of small opportunities to use a little less energy (and therefore consume less oil)... sure, we need all of the big actions, but we can do things on an individual level that will help wean us off of foreign oil, slow global warming, and have great side benefits of saving money (lower energy bills, higher gas mileage) and living a little healthier.
When you have a minute, check out some of my thoughts here... http://push.pickensplan.com/forum/topic/show?id=2187034%3ATopic%3A193424 drop me a line and let me know what you think.
