Thanks for the Friend Invite. My State House Legislature is tough however Federal lawmakers are trying to break through some barriers, although women have a tough time in Pennsylvania. Please read the information in the Communications group for more information on presenting plans in your local community. You might try getting your town interested first and then proceed from that point.
Pennsylvania had a Green Initiative so it was a question of Federal and Corporate interest. T. Boone is the face of this movement and he really does work Capital Hill and Wall Street.
Since you are from Chicago, try your Federal connections for procedures.

We want to place under the public 20 million shares at the price of 0.75$ against the normal price of 1$.
The minimum number is 500 shares and there is no maximum, but potential buyers must buy in packs of 500 or multiple packs of 500 (i.e. 2 x 500 or 3x500 etc)
Anyone who (like for instance you) places the shares will be rewarded with 5% commission fee.
