Invitation to join NW Renewable Energy Group
I have started a Regional group, welcoming comments, ideas, and suggestions for Renewable Energy in the NW Region. Including states from the Pacific, Cascade and Rocky Mountain areas. I realize that some of my Pickens Plan friends are outside this region, but you are always welcome to join and add your thoughts to the discussion. We should be looking at best available sources of energy in our region, and ways to improve the power grid to transfer energy from region to region as it is needed.
I have been busy over the past few months, I continue to promote my CNG business Younkincng, Sign up for my free CNG newsletter at younkincng.com To date I have installed 5 CNG Kits, 2 extra tank install and helped to program 8 kits both Sequential and Asperated. I look forward to a big year for 2009 as far as CNG Business. Jim

Henri, I wanted to talk to you about organizing in Utah or any strategic ideas that you had to create a group that could harness the momentum of this movement to take our message to the DNC and beyond. There is a huge need for people like us to take the energy future of our country into our own hands and ensure that through the use of renewable energy we cast off the chains of foreign oil and build a local economy that creates jobs and a better future. We must do this by getting our voice heard and that is why I have created a group to try to muster the energy of all the people passionately involved in this movement to try to craft a message to take to the DNC in Denver by educating and demonstrating our message. The convention is approaching quickly and there is a greater need for us to figure out an effective way using grassroots organizing to present our message effectively to keep building up Boone's army. Here is a description I have made for the group I would love to get your input:
Going to the DNC?
This is a non-partisan group for all of the people who are passionate about ensuring that the issue of renewable energy is not ignored during the Democratic National Convention and that there are opportunities there to demonstrate and educate others on this issue that matters so much. Please join if you are attending the events in Denver or have any ideas as to how we as a movement can organize together and make energy independence an even bigger part of the convention.
Thanks for getting the news out. I had a very busy day Friday - work has suffered a little as we put time into getting the meeting organized and I had a lot to catch up on there.
I will be happy to respond to Andrew. In the meantime, you can contact me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Can you identify yourself a little more ... Thursday's meeting is still a little bit of blur as far as people's names and faces.
Thanks again for all your help,
