- I listened to the speakers at the National Clean Energy Project Summit and proceeded to review my solution to the infrastructure problems. I checked yes in all the boxes they presented.

I am the owner of Patent Number 5,813,215 Combined Cycle Waste Heat Recovery System. This technology can be applied to existing or new fossil fuel and nuclear fueled power plants. It increases the thermal efficiency of these plants by significant amounts. The patent as presented is missing one component as advised by my attorney. However, as presented, there is a reasonable increase in thermal efficiency. I have proven this by using industry standard power plant modeling software named Thermoflow.
While the ability to generate more power using existing and new plants is a good thing, the infrastructure of any current distribution system is not up to the task. This has lead to disinterest in the application of this technology. In response to this, I have created a plan to address this issue and a plan to move to a more electric America that includes mass and independent modes of transportation.
I would like to discuss these plans with you and members of your team. As a gesture of sincerity, I will donate the missing component to the U.S. should this discussion take place.
