I don't know where the "Delete Comment" came from.

I didn't know how will insulated your house was. It may be that 500v would do the job. I just hate to say it will and then we have clouds for a couple of days and then have it not keep up. I was without outside power for two and one half weeks in the ice storm. Delete Comment

Welcome!
I am one of the welcome wagon crew. We are all volunteers. Out of sheer numbers I greet daily I have a paste and copy note.
It is not intended to overwhelm you, just give you a direction and some contacts.
We are a voluntary community of individuals who are placing our combined support behind T. Boone Pickens and his efforts to bring to light; (we cannot afford put this on the back burner) again a clear (heard) message that we must reduce our nation’s dependence on foreign oil through the use of all domestic energy alternatives. This site is a place to interact with fellow Pickens Plan supporters, keep up with events and opportunities to help get more involvement.
*************Please, I ask the first sites you visit to get accurate info and articles to see pretty much what the plan is about and where the plan stands, and please come back to these sites often as changes take place regularly. Some are long, please; take the time to get all the details.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~On the home page
Click on About the Plan ~ Boone Cam ~ Blog - You’ll see the Pie-graph Mechanics.
Everyone has the option on their profile page to do many things. Everywhere it says (Edit) click and you can customize.
Find (settings); upper right corner of your page. You can chose to preview the comments coming your way before it can be viewed by others on your page. You can accept or delete the comment.
Also every time you write a comment; you’ll see a little tiny (symbol) of sort in the upper right corner of that comment or post; you can click on it and delete your note. You can still do it months later;
Pres. Obama has a site for us to go and voice our vision for the country/world.
Please really put some deep thought and tell Pres Obama your vision for the country/world. [click here] to be linked to the Obama vision site.
[Click here], to enter your zip code and be paired up with members in your area. You can link to your regional and local leaders. If you want to be a leader for your area, you can also sign up on that page.
We are planning a virtual march on Washington [ Click here] to link 2 it.
For our much needed members in other countries [Click here ], to link to the International group.
Now is the time we hammer our elected officials to allow companies and the private sector to run with new tech and needed infrastructure changes; allowing grants & incentives to help us achieve the energy independence goal!!!
There is a group for almost everything. The Forums/discussions on this site are many and you’ll probably find something that interests or concerns you. Some are very long and were started months ago. For the ones that concern you, please keep in mind, events are remembered and relayed differently by those commenting, which as we all too well know equals at least three sides to the event.
After you have read the sites I mentioned, if you need anything else to help you, while you help the push, please stop by. I am proud to put my efforts towards this cause.
Again, Welcome; Tom
Thanks for the comment. I've been thinking about what you asked my about taking on the far north corner of Dist. 1. I would be willing to do that, but will need some guidance. I also am short on enough time to alot so we'll have to see how it goes. You said you could show me how to get people from the Kansas page. I will take all the info I can get.
