and then charter and constitution. then the plan. deployment then execution.

since its a dollar crisis im not sure what the heak we can execute other than dollars.

but there might be some thing we can do.

I believe there is a lot of suspicion and apathy because the US has for years talked about saving energy and the environment and then you get a president like George Bush who does nothing in these areas. Some people think Oh the Pickens Plan is just another envirnmental group like save the whales or save the everglades, save our drinking water, save the manatees.... So there is a lot of apathy. Compared to the first possible black president it just has to get over the attitude that the Pickens Plan will not go anywhere and show people that we are serious.
