I Don't know if you saw my post but, I to am concered with providing our small towns with economic opportunities.
I have found a wind company that uses all local labor and contractors and the profits of the farms goes mostly to the rural commuities.
Go to www.c-bed.org and www.juhlwind.com and google Dan Juhl he is the founder of this model. Let the farmers in your area know obout this.
Also I have invested in his company and I Believe it is going to be a fabulous growth company. There is going to be a major report released About this company in the near future exposing how undervalued the stock is. It is going to be like the tech stocks of the 80's.
