- just an old student. built a solar cooker. I bought a solar hot water system but it turned out to be bogus and I got a rebate from a collective suit.
I think the future is in hydrogen. The problem I hear is that the fuel cell does not yet exist. My answer is that simple hydrogen compressed during the daylight/wind time; and then burned with oxygen at night will solve the problem.
I know that is not the whole solution but I don"t think waiting for another "big oil find" is real either.

First off let me tell you why I am qualified to even talk about the creation of Hydrogen. I am the Director of Research at Cal-Neva Water Quality Research Institute here in Newcastle, Ca. and we have developed a new technology that was designed to recycle water that comes from natural gas wells drilled into the shale plays of America such as the Barnett Shale in Texas. Our technology is called the Plasma Incubator Reactor System and we can distroy contaminated water and then bring it back to water without the contaminants in it by breaking the bonds between the two gases that make up water, those are Oxygen and Hydrogen. When you destroy a gallon of water you get these two gases as well as five others that no one really knows exists except us and the Russians, who we have worked closely with over the years. We are capable of removing this Hydrogen from the enclave in which the water is destroyed and transferring it to either tank trucks which can compress it and transport it or we can place it in a storage tank of special design. We are working with the company in Houston that makes all of Ford's fuel cells and they will take all the Hydrogen that they can get from us. We are also working close with the Governor here in California to evaluate how much Hydrogen could be developed in a special project in Mexico and California where this technology is being planned to be used in the Sea Of Cortez to Salton Sea Shipping Canal,(Google, Dr Abe Beagles to read about this project) in the near future and this is one of the technologies that T Boone is aware of for use in the future in the purification of contaminated water and the distillation of sea water.

Americans are angry and ready as never before, to take dramatic steps to reduce our dependence on foreign oil. A plan to replace foreign oil with American solutions has appeared on the horizon, we intend to help Pickens turn this hope into reality- energy independance for our country.

with your circle of friends, family and associates. Urge them to JOIN. From your own experience you know it is very much like simply signing a petition. The larger our membership the more likely we will be successful in getting Congress to provide effective incentives for alternative and renewable energies and in insuring that our future president will treat energy independence as a matter of the greatest urgency, applying the same kind of leadership as JFK exercised when he led us with his stirring challenge to put a man on the moon in 10 years.
THERE IS NO TIME TO DELAY
…to wait and see…or to see if someone else will step up to the plate. It is time for US to roll up our sleeves and go to work. Right now momentum is working in our favor, but if gas prices retreat, the public will forget the pain, and our moment may be lost. How frightening to think that we could be looking back and apologizing to our children that we chose not to get this done when we had the chance.

We need to do more than “preach to the choir”. Sharing ideas with each other is encouraging but that will not 1) increase our membership nor 2) influence public policy. If you know someone in the press or someone who blogs - get them to cover this. Write to your Congressman/woman. Ask those in the public eye to support this plan. Print downloadable flyers and put them in your car and/or business window.
YOU MAY FEEL INSIGNIFICANT
