fracking controversies - need to manage and deal with this issue
hi all,
it seems as if the fracking controversy / polluting drinking water is a major issue. If it's a minor issue, we're not getting that in the press. I wish that Mr. Pickens would talk more about it and that we don't let a positive whitewash brushstroke blind us to this controversy.
I want energy independence and lowered oil/gasoline usage, so solving the fracking issue with risk/benefits and honesty (not PR and all) is the way to go.
Thank…

I feel like George W Bush was a great President. When you consider the turmoil that he had to endure during his tenure, he was the right man at the right time. However there were so many distractions, I believe his focus on energy faded and we made no progress on indepence from oil. Not just President Bush, but all the other Presidential leaders lost focus on this battle, and we've only gone backward.
When President Obama was elected, I felt like it would be simple to be…

let's get this done
Does anybody know if Flying J will install a fueling station anytime soon? I believe I saw a CLNE announcement that they were in a partnership deal with Flying J.
I tried last year but could not find a Honda dealer to sell me a car despite their advertising that NGV's could be purchased in any state. Has anybody else tried?

Forget Waiting for Energy Independence
After following energy policy, I quickly realized that the government has no interest in energy independence. Energy independence means greater freedom for American citizens. It means more money in your pocket to travel and do what you choose to do. Mobility is a great indicator of freedom. Can you imagine not being able to travel due to energy costs? If it comes down to driving your car or heating your house, your car will sit in the garage. Americans shouldn't even have to think twice…

According to this 80m survey there are 11 states with potential class 3 wind resources in the Midwest. Implications on the Dollar as we pay for foriegn oil.
As we pay for foriegn oil, The Federal Bank Reserve continues doing the dollar harm in it's present controlling state. Yes there is a cartel in the banking system. The currencies in many countries will be hit soon and the value of money as we know it will be gone. Do you have a plan to overcome the debt and loss of income that is headed your way?.
Here is a…

LET'S SUPPORT OBAMA FOR CREATING HIGH SPEED RAIL
Republicans have no solutions for anything - they even want to eliminate the EPA. They hate alternative energy because it threatens their oil company buddies.
We need to get behind President Obama's plan for HIGH SPEED RAIL. This would be a huge job creator and a great addition to our crumbling infrastructure. It would give people jobs across the nation and, best of all, it would get more cars off our roads. I would take a high speed train in a heartbeart. I have been all over Europe…
