Welcoming T. Boone Pickens BE A PART OF HISTORY IN THE MAKING!

CNG Fueling Systems and the EPA

I don't usually blog, but this is an exception. The EPA is wrongly using it's power to slow the conversion of vehicles to CNG. Currently, you have to have an EPA approved CNG system to qualify for tax credits you get once you have converted to CNG. This certification is VERY expensive, and does nothing to improve the systems, all of which have to have a higher ISO certification to be on the road in the first place.

Pickens Plan Anniversary

As we approach the one year anniversary of the Pickens Plan may we all sit back and analyze how we can expand our footprint just a bit more. Perhaps during the 4th of July weekend we can all reach out to just one more person.

We would double over night. Just think of it!

One year later

One year later……

On July 8th of last year, I found myself where I had never been. As a Realtor, I had little prospect of providing for my family as I had anticipated. My mind went into action mode.
