Solar Roadways awarded 2-year $750,000 contract by the Federal Highway Administration

Dr. Sunkara (University of Louisville)'s PEC ("Photo-Electrochemical Cell") requires only light rather than electricity as an external input. It is photoelectric-powered water electrolysis..
