Mr. T. Boone Pickens BP Capital 8117 Preston Road, #260 Dallas, TX 75225
Dear Mr. Pickens:
I’m writing to ask for your help and/or advice on how to fund the LNG project described in the attached information concerning Cold Energy Conversions (CEC). CEC has a patented, commercially viable portable liquefaction plant that could dovetail nicely with your plans to make Natural Gas a strategically important part of “The Pickens Plan.”
We have previously…

I have been out pounding the bricks and pressing the flesh so to speak. I e-mailed my first petition into myenergy this week and I must say it wasn't that hard to do. Some people are very negative and feel like nothing they do or say will make a difference. I have told them that if they are a mushroom on the sidelines doing nothing that they are in fact part of the problem. Now if they get up off their butts and participate in change they will in fact become part of the solution. There is…

It seems as though we picked the right presidential candidate, at least as far as alt energy and energy independence is concerned. Boone appears to be giddy with the choice. His pre-election meetings with both pres candidates indicated he was leaning toward Obama, based on the attitudes, knowledge and priority of importance each placed on energy independence. Obama said energy independence is second only to the economy in priority. Obama may not attach Boone's name to his plan, but the plan and…

Hey Army,
You all set to take on Washington?
So am I.
We've got less than three weeks until a new Congress is seated and our new President is sworn in. But before we muster the troops and charge up Capitol Hill, I want to share an experience of mine that not only changed how I do business but how I look at life.
Forty years ago, the small company I…

As some of you know Susan Parker, one of the Alabama Public Service Commissioners has long been an advocate for alternative energy. She was elected to the PSC in 2006 and will come up for re-election in 2010. She came to my attention through an article about her speaking to a civic club in Anniston, AL. We have exchanged several emails and recently I expanded my effort to include all three commissioners.
This is the email I sent Monday, 12/29/08.
You hold the reigns of power at…

As we flounder in this economic crisis, I am demanding that the next administration make these bailout recipients accountable for the BILLIONS of dollars we the tax payers are giving them. I am OUTRAGED that there is zero accountability for this money. What kind of a farce is this!!!!! AIG has used this money for executive pedicures and year end bonuses!!!!!!!!! DO SOMETHING about this transgression on the American taxpayer!!!!!!! Make them give me my money back. How dare they do this. Please…

Since 2002 I have been trying to tell people that our economy was in trouble. You can look at the posts on my web site
www.buyusafirst.org and see that we need to consider more than just energy.
There are two main ways to generate wealth:
Land - By growing food, cotton, wood, and other natural products we can generate wealth. We can also sell minerals and other natural resources like water/wind power. When we produce our own…

SALISBURY -- What on earth would a liquor dispensary, car wash and department store share?
The moon and the sun -- or a unique use of them, if the liquor store is Towne Package in Laurel, the car wash is Wash 'N Vac on Northwood Drive in Salisbury and the department store is Kohl's, also in Salisbury, on North Salisbury Boulevard.
They are trend setters of renewable energy, pulling at least a third of…
