I got a letter today from the Union Of Concerned Scientists asking me to support the above cited bill in congress (H.R. 890). I looked up the Bill and briefly read over it's contents and, at this point, it seems to address a lot of the things that need to be taken into consideration as we move from a fossil fuel based economy to a renewable one.
