Natural Gas ACT in Texas (and Louisiana) is needed!

It seems like the US House of representatives is moving too slowly. The NAT GAS Act of 2009 is still sitting in Committee, six weeks after it was introduced. If we can't get the House to get moving, then I am wondering why we don't go ahead and move forward on the state level. Texas has much to gain by moving its vehicles from diesel and gasoline onto Natural Gas.
