LET'S SUPPORT OBAMA FOR CREATING HIGH SPEED RAIL

Republicans have no solutions for anything - they even want to eliminate the EPA. They hate alternative energy because it threatens their oil company buddies.

We need to get behind President Obama's plan for HIGH SPEED RAIL. This would be a huge job creator and a great addition to our crumbling infrastructure. It would give people jobs across the nation and, best of all, it would get more cars off our roads. I would take a high speed train in a heartbeart. I have been all over Europe…

Climate Change.................Believe it or not!

Gary, the door swings both ways! You are free to leave through it just as you were free to enter and participate. Your choice. But let me ask you this, if we ignore the term "climate change" and just follow the Pickens Plan into the future would you be ok with that?

I personally am still surprised that there are so many of you out there that believe what is happening is just a natural phenomenon like the last ice age for example. Does it seem plausible to you that all the polutants pumped… Continue

The Residential Energy Solution that finally "Help Free Us From Continuing To Be Held As Energy Prisoners"

Folks, I've been waiting for over 40 years to finally be able to find an alternative energy solution that consumers can own, to power their residences and "Free Us From Being Held Energy Prisoners". Yes, "it's been a long time coming, but a change is gonna come", some words from a classic movie, Wild In The Streets. Back in the early 1970's as I researched alternative energy, in whatever texts I could find, I wrote to many researchers in the field attempting to become more knowledgeable. What I… Continue

The First Billion is the Toughest.. Has the time arrived to "do" versus "say"?

I am very intrigued about the book that I have been reading the last several days. "The First Billion is the Toughest". As a teacher in the high school I have shown the movie "Crude Awakening" and completely surprised the students with the information. I have even had some parents contact me to say perhaps that I am scaring their children regarding oil and the lack of it.

I very much admire what T.Boone, Mr. Pickens or Cowboy Pickens whichever name he prefers…

World Mayors Compare Notes on Saving Climate – WIH Resource Group / Bob Wallace

The Obama administration should have sent federal stimulus money not to the U.S. states, but to cities, where ”most of the environmental damage is done and most of the chances for improvement are,” New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Tuesday.

Bloomberg joined about 80 other local leaders from around the world at a ‘’summit” that took place alongside the U.N. climate conference.

The mayors and other officials were from rich capitals like London and Tokyo and impoverished… Continue
