Charles Jones Home Mortgage Bailout by Uncle Sam

I studied the problem facing the US Banks and Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac over the issue of $700 billion loan to the Banks to payoff Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac and to allow the FHA to reorganize those Mortgages. There's been this idea around for about a century now and it goes by many names; Combined Heat and Power (CHP), Cogeneration, Trigeneration, etc. It describes an idea to use a combustible fuel to produce electricity and heat inside the building that uses it.
