I have a contact who has 3 Hedge Funds ( HK Group, Seattle, & Israel (2T) ) that he is the Business Development Manager for. At this time they are interested in funding wind projects & HUD projects (up to 100%). Also, they are interested in solar projects, hotels/resorts where their payout is 5 yr max as a JV partnership.
