Bob Wallace World Mayors Compare Notes on Saving Climate – WIH Resource Group / Bob Wallace

The Obama administration should have sent federal stimulus money not to the U.S. states, but to cities, where ”most of the environmental damage is done and most of the chances for improvement are,” New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said Tuesday. Bloomberg joined about 80 other local leaders from around the world at a ‘’summit” that took place alongside the U.N. climate conference. The mayors and other officials were from rich capitals like London and Tokyo and impoverished cities as Addis Ababa… Continue

Michael Batten What can LPG or CNG do for your Diesel Fueled Vehicle?

Dear Fellow Soldiers, Midwest Energy Solutions finally has a mixing system that can be added to a diesel vehicle, that injects propane or natural gas in small amounts that increases engine performance and the time between service intervals because it decreases engine oil dilution and contamination, it reduces diesel fuel costs because it increases the fuel mileage, it increases horsepower and torque, decreases harmful combustion temperatures and smoke which increases engine life, it decreases h… Continue

Rod Omer Engine Alternative For Large Trucks

Before I heard of the Pickens Plan I was already interested in Alternative Fuel Engines. I was working in the Aerospace industry and was always looking to improve the aircraft my company was building. Then the economy took the down turn and I was laid off my job along with 299 other people. That hasn't stopped me from looking at technology to invest in. During my research at the company I worked at, I came across a company building the next generation of engines, not just for large commercial tr… Continue

W. Dan Chance Electric Cars are not the problem. It's the fossil fuel powered grid.

' been doing some research. (I don't promise to be 100% right but I think I'm close.) Starting with the source for the power, I try to come up with how well we are using the scarce resources at our disposal. Coal Extraction leaves 85% net gain over what it takes to get it out of the ground and move it to the power plant. Generation provides 30% and wastes 70% (heat) Transmission keeps 92% of what goes into the line. Useful energy at the plug 23.4% AC/DC charging efficiency 95% Battery efficienc… Continue
