I live in Spain and I am impressed with the way the Spanish are getting to grips on the green issue.

All new builds now have to have solar water heating.

They are building solar farms in wasteland areas in the Central Plains. And in windy areas there are wind farms feeding the national grid.

We are currently benefitting from cheap off peak electric, so electric storage radiators are great for heating our homes.
