Not one fuel station has a form of clean energy! I speak of Carlisle, PA. People just commute through this town day in and day out. I work as a Cartpusher at the local Walmart and am BOMBARDED by toxic emissions! It's a miracle I can breathe out there! I had emailed the plan to the PA officials, but I only received those automatic responses. I just hope that they will help make the Plan a law!
