Experts find 'chemical equator' dividing globe 30-mile wide atmospheric line divides polluted north and cleaner south Fossil Fuel Legacy Exposed What is interesting to study is why and how the count of overweight people has doubled in the last 20 years. If you dig deeper, you’ll uncover a correlation ... the number of overweight people has gone up in proportion to the amount of toxic chemicals and processed foods that… Continue

The Sweetness of Greed

Nicola Tesla researched ways to transmit power and energy wirelessly over long distances (via transverse waves, to a lesser extent, and, more readily, longitudinal waves). He transmitted extremely low frequencies through the ground as well as between the earth's surface and the Kennelly-Heaviside layer. He received patents on wireless transceivers that developed standing waves by this method. In his experiments, he made mathematical calcula… Continue

Air Pollution and Cardiovascular Injury

Recently the American College of Cardiology published an article in the Journal of American College of Cardiology (JACC) stating that air pollution has both short and long term toxic effects. They say toxins injure the heart and blood vessel, increase the rates of hospitalization for cardiac illness, and can even cause death.1 That's a big statement for these guys. Here they are actually saying that even long-term toxic exposure can increase free radical production which goes on to damage cells,… Continue

Removing the cause of the bleeding is the only treatment that will help.

The economy is doing great. One day I go to the bank to borrow $300,000.00 for a home. The bank appraiser say's it is worth $300,000.00. The bank lends me the money to pay back over 30 years. A year later the bank examiner shows up at the bank. Looks at my loan and says my house is worth $200,000.00. The bank examiner says the banks collateral is insufficient. I go to the bank and say my house is not worth the money I borrowed for it. I want my payment and loan reduced. Short Sell The HousContinue

Why Invest In Solar Energy?

Experts say the solar PV market will grow from the current US$7 billion to US$30 billion in 2010. With annual growth rates exceeding 30%, and expanding profit margins, solar PV is in transition to becoming one of the world's fast-growth, profitable industries. 90% of the entire United States Energy needs can be delivered by solar thermal power! Ausra, a Palo Alto start-up, has raised $40 million to develop, build and operate solar power plants. (source: Beyond Zero Emissions… Continue

Innovation and invention. Sharing the wealth.

I am convinced most people have forgotten or never knew what the stock market is about. We can attribute this misunderstanding to the Casino mentality that has pervaded the financial sector and displaced the common investor. The stock market is not a casino in Las Vegas or your favorite lottery retailer. It is a place to profit from the innovation and invention of individual's intellectual property, who would of not otherwise had the funding to bring their innovations and invention… Continue

Inside the Solar-Hydrogen House: No More Power Bills--Ever

EAST AMWELL, N.J.—Mike Strizki has not paid an electric, oil or gas bill—nor has he spent a nickel to fill up his Mercury Sable—in nearly two years. Instead, the 51-year-old civil engineer makes all the fuel he needs using a system he built in the capacious garage of his home, which employs photovoltaic (PV) panels to turn sunlight into electricity that is harnessed in turn to extract hydrogen from tap water. Remember when plasma flat screen display's first came to the market. Expensive because… Continue

“Power: Reliable, Efficient & Clean”

Capstone MicroTurbines generate power and heat. Using both maximizes efficiency and minimizes your facility’s energy bills. Capstone microturbine systems conserve energy and cut operational costs by creating two forms of energy: electricity and heat. Using both energy outputs is called cogeneration or CHP: combined heat and power. Onsite CHP is far more fuel efficient and environmentally beneficial than utility power and boiler heating. The grid-parallel electricity produced lowers a facilit… Continue

Is Wind Power a Realistic Source of Energy for the United States?

By Wholesale Solar Yes! Scientific American reports that in 19 percent of the most barren desert land in our Southwest states we have enough solar power to provide all the electrical needs of our country. Wecansolveit.org claims that in North Dakota alone, we have enough wind power to satisfy 500% of our entire country’s electricity needs! These are staggering numbers, and they explain why we’re seeing bigger and better… Continue

Responsibility! Who's? Why wait on Washington?

I have seen a lot about getting our representatives in Washington on the same page as the rest of us. Who needs to wait for them? We tend to forget our ability to shape policy at the local level through city, county, and state ordinances and law. In your community you can bring about change without waiting on the grid lock and special interests. Your Public Utilities Commission is chartered by sta… Continue
